Public Relations is all about trust. In fact, several years ago our firm, Success Communications Group, conducted a series of studies on trust and reputation. We found 85 percent of people agree that trust is the most important consideration, even more than political viewpoint, when considering who to vote for, and more important than price and quality when determining who to conduct business or invest with. In fact, 66 percent STRONGLY agreed.
